QTP are committed to keeping business as usual as much as possible,
however due to continued pressures on our operation we are forced to prioritise
functions, therefore all customer returns will be suspended until further
notice as we need to redeploy resources within the operation. There may be some disruption to delivery due to an over loading and restrictions within the delivery service.
Also changes within distribution network mean couriers are no longer allowing customer pick-up from depots due to the ongoing Covid-19 virus.
This is to limit exposure and continue to provide a consistent service to you.
The online returns process will be suspended from Close of business 26th March 2020. No returns will be processed or accepted either via phone or email.
Normal service will be returned once we are back up to full operational efficiency. Once we return to full operational efficiency all returns will resume, we will factor in the suspended period and allow this to the standard 15 days so that no unnecessary shelving charges are applied.
